 About this Wonderful Lady!
Mini Bio: From the moment she first came before the WWE Universe, Natalya realized that competing in WWE was a gift, one she would utilize to its fullest extent. Of course, being trained in the legendary Hart Family Dungeon alongside a few famous family members didn't hurt either. Despite a profound desire to forge her own path, there's no denying that Natalya possesses the "hart" to reach new heights in the ring. Whether creating havoc as part of The Hart Dynasty, executing the family Sharpshooter or stepping out on her own to capture the Divas Championship, the fiery third-generation Diva has shown time-and-time again that the legendary Pink & Black legacy is safe in her hands. Nattie Interview with ESPN.com 6/15/2017

Nattie recently spoke to ESPN.com about the up coming woman’s Money In The Bank ladder match.

“The Money in the Bank ladder match is going to be insane, because it is a first for us,” said Natalya, in a recent interview with ESPN.com. “But we’re not just girls going in there and fighting with each other. We’re superstars in the WWE. Our company is treating us just like they’re treating the guys.”

It’s indeed been a historic couple of years for the women of WWE, with a lot of firsts and long-time-coming moments. There were women’s division Raw and SmackDown main events. The first women’s Hell in a Cell, and the first pay-per-view main event. While some have bristled at certain moments, claiming that it’s too much too fast — and falling almost entirely on deaf ears — there’s little use in denying the women of the SmackDown roster have earned the opportunity to try to do something new and completely different.

“It’s funny that you mention how special the SmackDown women’s division is, because we are all feeling it,” said Natalya. “It’s not just the audience, the WWE universe that’s noticing it. We notice it too.”

Balancing a career and a relationship isn’t easy but someone has to do it! And just like anything that’s worth fighting for… it takes work to find the balance.

I have currently been with my significant other for over 15 years! Yikes… that’s hard to believe sometimes myself. And the entire time I’ve been with my husband TJ, I’ve been working. Not just working in WWE, but working for “something.” Whether it was at the small restaurant I worked at full time, wrestling independently, or I was just getting signed to a WWE contract.

The truth is, I love working. I love being an independent woman who makes her own money and has her own goals and dreams. I think that’s actually been one of the secrets of our lasting relationship is having my OWN goals to focus on. Plus, I enjoy sharing my aspirations with my husband or venting to him about what “went wrong!” And letting him be my shoulder to cry on or the person to celebrate my accomplishments with.

Honestly, I don’t have the words to describe it.

Surreal, for one. You have to remember, I grew up idolizing this once male-dominated industry. Beating the odds and becoming a WWE Superstar was one thing. Being part of a women’s revolution with WWE is something I could only dream of a child. But this. To be part of a first, with a company steeped in tradition like WWE, is beyond special.

At the exact moment Shane McMahon announced there will be a Money In The Bank women’s ladder match for the Money in the Bank contract – and with it a shot at the women’s title anywhere, any time  –  I had just been thrown through the WWE announcer’s table on Smackdown Live by Charlotte Flair!

Even in my dazed state, my inner fan girl was fist pumping in my head and singing out loud “I’m gonna be in a ladder match!”

This weeks Calgary Sun Column is very spacial to me personally Because this is a question that i ask Nattie my self and it meant a lot to me for her to answer it in her very own Column.  Thank you Nattie you are truly the best. Frankie D

@fadhitman asked me “What it is like being a middle child?” The question instantly prompted me to write a column about my sisters.

Let me tell you a little bit about my sisters. Jenni is one year older than I am and Muffy is one year younger. We are all so close that I can honestly say I’ve never felt lonely and I have always had two people who unconditionally support me, which is priceless.

I’ve always felt extremely lucky to have two of the best sisters I could ask for. But being a middle child did have its pros and cons. I found that I was always the peacemaker of the group. But don’t get me wrong, I got into my fair share of mischief. When I was five, Muffy and I decided it would be a good idea to write all over the neighbour’s driveway with my mother’s lipstick because we didn’t have sidewalk chalk. Big mistake. The neighbor didn’t want to talk to us after that!

1) Staying True To Myself

By just being me, flaws and all…. that is what led me to have the most success. In fact, all of the things that I thought I needed to change about myself when I was young, ended up being things that made me get noticed and be a success today. Like my voice for example! When I was younger, I was made fun of because people thought my voice sounded deep. But now people stop me and tell me they recognize my voice and they love it! I love my voice, too.

2) Working Hard

Or in the words of  The Rock: Be the hardest worker in the room. I think in order to be successful you have to have a strong work ethic. You can’t be discouraged when you start something and you’re not good at it, as success takes time. But putting in the work is important. Whether it’s in the gym, writing a book, building a house, making a movie or simply starting a diet. The proof is in the pudding as they say. And you get what you give!
