 About this Wonderful Lady!
Mini Bio: From the moment she first came before the WWE Universe, Natalya realized that competing in WWE was a gift, one she would utilize to its fullest extent. Of course, being trained in the legendary Hart Family Dungeon alongside a few famous family members didn't hurt either. Despite a profound desire to forge her own path, there's no denying that Natalya possesses the "hart" to reach new heights in the ring. Whether creating havoc as part of The Hart Dynasty, executing the family Sharpshooter or stepping out on her own to capture the Divas Championship, the fiery third-generation Diva has shown time-and-time again that the legendary Pink & Black legacy is safe in her hands. For a long time, I’ve wanted to write about Titus O’Neil, a very special person who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk.

Titus is truly one of the kindest, most genuine, hardest working people I know. He gives back in so many ways and is involved in more charity work than any person I’ve met.

Despite traveling more than 300 days a year, Titus manages to balance his multiple community outreach programs with being a WWE Superstar and most importantly, a doting father and flawless role model for his two sons, Thaddeus Jr. and TJ. Titus is always there to help a friend and has always been there for me.

Whether you’re a friend in need, or an underprivileged youth in need of some kindness or support, you can count on Titus.

I asked Titus how his humble upbringing shaped him to be stronger.

He told me: “My mother was the victim of sexual assault and I was a product of that unfortunate circumstance. She did all that she could with little to no money most of the time and set an incredible example for me with her work ethic. Despite my mother’s hardships, she was always a very giving person and our struggles allowed us to see how to get by with minimal resources. It also taught me important life lessons and because of that I learned how to work, not just for what I wanted, but also for what I needed and what my family would also need in the future. My test became my testimony and my ‘mess became my message.”

Titus has proven that you don’t have to be held back by your past, but rather that hardships can make you stronger and even more driven and successful. Our lives are all enriched because of the example Titus’s mother set for him, shaping him into the great friend and person he is today.

I’m thinking of a name change to Neversleeps Neidhart…. Yep. It’s been that kind of run.

May has been an absolute whirlwind. I have constantly been on the go, but that’s a good thing because I love being busy.

In the past few weeks, we have been to so many different and wonderful places as part of our annual tour of the United Kingdom. The tours are incredibly fun and we are in a different city or country every single day. It’s a bit hectic but also incredibly rewarding.

We kicked off the tour in Bournemouth, England, made our way to Belfast and Dublin, Ireland, and headed to Zaragoza and Malaga, Spain. We then held Monday Night Raw in London, England, at the O2 Arena, which is such a cool place to perform. Raw was sold out and I managed to score a victory that night in our tag-team match against The Riott Squad.

My partners Ember Moon, Sasha Banks, Bayley and Ronda Rousey really had my back! The timing of the tour couldn’t have been better given that not long before it, we held our Superstar Shakeup, during which I moved from SmackDown Live to Raw.

This whirlwind tour has afforded many of us the opportunity to get to spend time with one another because we are all together in very close quarters for several weeks. I’ve been on the Raw side for about a month and I feel like I’m really starting to get to know everyone and begin to share a bond with them, several of whom I didn’t really know all that well.

Ember Moon debuted less than two months ago on Raw. Prior to that, she was part of NXT and held the Women’s Championship. Ember loves video games and Game of Thrones and every city we were in, she wanted to try to see a site or taste a certain cultural food specific to that country. In the ring, she’s an incredible high-flyer. I loved watching her during our tag team matches.

First, always set two alarms. We travel upwards of 250 days a year, and I can’t tell you how many times I have learned that the hard way.

I remember, one time, I was in New York City and we had to catch an early flight to London for a WWE European tour. I had to be up at 5 a.m. and relied on my phone alarm, which I accidentally set for 5 p.m. Naturally, I was sound asleep dreaming about cats and coffee when I was pulled from my blissful slumber by loud knocking on my door. It was Carmella, the current SmackDown Women’s Champion, frantically trying to wake me up.

I was in a complete panic! Had I just called the front desk and asked for a backup wakeup call to my room, I would have been OK, but instead I raced down to the tour bus.

I was so flustered and embarrassed I forgot my toiletry bag in the hotel. Lesson learned.

This next lesson has helped me weather nearly every storm in my life: Choose your battles wisely!

Trust me, it’s a skill worth mastering if you want to have longevity in your relationships and your career.

Working in WWE is fun, but very hectic. Every day is an exciting new adventure, but with that also comes the occasional conflict. Communication is key.

Personally, I choose to not sweat the small stuff and I never fight with anyone over issues that aren’t important. We can agree to disagree but if it’s something that’s not going to matter tomorrow, then let it go. It takes up too much of my precious energy, which I really need to perform to the best of my ability.

Being a WWE Superstar is the greatest job in the world.

I get to travel around the world, perform in far-away places like China and Australia (among other awesome locations) and meet people from every walk of life. The in-ring part is fun and the places we see are breathtaking and sometimes unforgettable, but the people really are what make it all so perfect.

I love meeting fans and people whose lives have been touched by what we do at WWE, but I have long maintained that the most rewarding part of being a WWE Superstar is being a friend and hero to young children who are battling life threatening illnesses.

Meeting and spending time with children who are the bravest people I’ve ever met is why I love working with Make-A-Wish and other programs that WWE supports. Make-A-Wish works very closely with WWE to help grant wishes. In fact, at more than 580 wishes, WWE Superstar John Cena has granted more wishes for the organization than any other celebrity in the world It is such a huge honour for me to work with Make-A-Wish. I was part of anevent with them last week in Connecticut where I met so many incredible kids, and was able to put smiles on their faces.

Many of these children have dreams of being WWE Superstars themselves. Take Evan for example, he is 13 years old and has had many battles with his health. Evan said what takes his mind off his health issues is watching WWE with his family. He loves to talk (just like me!) and said he wants to work for WWE as a commentator like Corey Graves. Evan knows the importance of dreaming big no matter what life throws at you.

Andre The Giant was not only a huge personality, he was larger than life. He was born Andre Rene Roussimoff and became known as the “8th Wonder of the World” in WWE where he spent much of his career and turned into a global pop culture icon.

Andre was the man everyone lovingly referred to as “Boss” and its been said that if Andre respected someone, he would affectionately call them “Boss” in return.

Given all that I’ve heard about Andre The Giant, I felt compelled to write about him because, while his life was incredibly fascinating, he was also relatable. While he may have been a headliner at every event, towered over everyone, and dominated inside the ring, he also had the same hopes, dreams and fears as the rest of us.

Andre, like myself and so many others, experienced bullying in his life. When he would walk through airports, people would stop and stare and make comments about his appearance. It hurt him very much, but Andre rose above it and he taught others to do that too.

My uncle, Bret “The Hitman” Hart spoke to Steve Austin on his podcast about what a true professional Andre was. In the ring, Bret said that sometimes Andre didn’t get enough credit for being so agile and coordinated for his size. Bret recalled a match in Italy where Andre had secretly requested to wrestle him. Bret recalled thinking to himself, “How am I gonna pull this off? I’m wrestling Andre tonight!?”  But Andre was as cool as a cucumber and ultimately, they had an incredible match that Bret would never forget.

Change can be difficult for even the strongest of us. I have learned that it’s not always the survival of the fittest, but it’s who can adapt to change and roll with the punches, even when they hurt!

Last week on Raw and SmackDown Live, we saw the “Superstar Shakeup,” which resulted in various WWE Superstars moving from Raw to SmackDown and vice versa. For weeks backstage, we wondered who was going to move. On last week’s edition of Monday Night Raw, I found out that I am now a member of Raw. This means I travel with a separate group of Superstars every week and will now be seen every Monday Night.

Part of me is really going to miss SmackDown Live and my friends in the locker room there. How can I forget my ’80s music dance-offs with Carmella and Naomi? Or talking shop about CrossFit, working out and diet tips with Becky Lynch and Charlotte? Lana and I have fought like cats and dogs and made up more times than I can count — she’s like a sister to me. I’m going to miss her making me laugh with her extra dramatic performances in the ring. All I can say is the girl can scream!

We travelled the world together. I will never forget us all having dinner in Barcelona and dancing in Madrid. When we spend so much time with one another, it’s really like we become part of a special sorority — a sisterhood, if you will. We are family.
