 About this Wonderful Lady!
Mini Bio: From the moment she first came before the WWE Universe, Natalya realized that competing in WWE was a gift, one she would utilize to its fullest extent. Of course, being trained in the legendary Hart Family Dungeon alongside a few famous family members didn't hurt either. Despite a profound desire to forge her own path, there's no denying that Natalya possesses the "hart" to reach new heights in the ring. Whether creating havoc as part of The Hart Dynasty, executing the family Sharpshooter or stepping out on her own to capture the Divas Championship, the fiery third-generation Diva has shown time-and-time again that the legendary Pink & Black legacy is safe in her hands. Calgary Sun/Edmonton Sun Article/Interview with Natalya – 4/18...

This week on Twitter, @fadhitman asked me how I’m feeling after WrestleMania. With the recent Superstar Shake-Up having come and gone this past Monday, it’s got me thinking a lot about change and why I like new starts.

I ask myself, how do I go about handling so much change, week to week? How do I handle change when everything is moving so fast? Every day on the road with WWE is different. It’s not always easy when you’re in a new city, state, country, and continent daily. With all this change, I’m constantly thinking about where to get healthy food; what the best gym to train at is; will the arena be easy to get to; is the airport a big one; how hard is it going to be to get my rental car; will I find a nice hotel; who will my opponent be when I get to Raw; what if there’s traffic on my way to the airport home; what if my flight home is delayed; and will I make it home in time for my four appointments? I don’t always have the answers to all these questions but I feel like by now, I am an expert at rolling with the punches.

Sometimes the best thing we can ask for is change, and a fresh start forces us to confront change head-on. Let me tell you a story and one you may or may not be familiar with. Last November, Becky Lynch was supposed to face Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series. The matchup between the “Lass Kicker” and “The Baddest Woman on the Planet” was a highly anticipated showdown that our WWE Universe was excited for. Armbar versus Armbar with Becky being the ultimate underdog, but also the crowd favorite. There was a series of events that changed the face of this match. Ronda Rousey ended up facing off against Charlotte Flair instead and Becky Lynch was benched with an injury. I remember seeing Becky backstage at Survivor Series and she was obviously down because she wasn’t wrestling in what at the time would have been one of her biggest matches to date. I told her that the best opportunities often result from things that weren’t supposed to happen and to “hang tight because everything happens for a reason.” Who would have thought that this “change in plans” would change the course of WWE history and our WWE women’s division forever.
