 About this Wonderful Lady!
Mini Bio: From the moment she first came before the WWE Universe, Natalya realized that competing in WWE was a gift, one she would utilize to its fullest extent. Of course, being trained in the legendary Hart Family Dungeon alongside a few famous family members didn't hurt either. Despite a profound desire to forge her own path, there's no denying that Natalya possesses the "hart" to reach new heights in the ring. Whether creating havoc as part of The Hart Dynasty, executing the family Sharpshooter or stepping out on her own to capture the Divas Championship, the fiery third-generation Diva has shown time-and-time again that the legendary Pink & Black legacy is safe in her hands. Calgary Sun Article/Interview with Natalya – 7/22/2021

I can’t express how much fun it was to perform once again in front of live crowds this past week at Smackdown, Money In the Bank and Monday Night Raw in Texas. It was our first time back in front of a live audience since WrestleMania and for SmackDown and Raw, nearly 70 weeks of waiting for this moment. Everyone’s excitement levels were through the roof and everything felt different being reunited with our WWE Universe in a way that made it all worth it. Walking out through the curtain and seeing sold-out crowds reminded me that there for sure was a light at the end of the tunnel.

This past week was a whirlwind but in the best way possible. Not only do Tamina Snuka and I have some fresh competition on Smackdown with the debut of a new women’s tag team, Shotzi and Tegan Nox, but this year’s Money in the Bank Ladder match was one for the ages. In front of a sold-out crowd in Houston, Texas, I competed against seven other women including Zelina Vega, Liv Morgan, Nikki A.S.H., Tamina Snuka, Asuka, Alexa Bliss and Naomi for the chance to capture the Money in the Bank briefcase. After being a part of one of the most gruelling ladder matches I’ve ever been in (I’ve got a few bruises to prove it!), it was Nikki A.S.H. who won the ladder match. Less than a day later, Nikki cashed in on Charlotte Flair on Raw to become the new Raw Women’s Champion. What a difference a day can make and Nikki is proof of that.

Of course, all of the women of WWE want to be Women’s Champion, but watching Nikki win it this past Monday made me so happy for her. I know I wasn’t the only one feeling that way. I’ve known her for years and I know how hard she has worked to prove that she belongs in WWE, from training in the ring on her days off to keeping a positive attitude even when times are tough. This past WrestleMania, I remember Nikki sitting backstage, watching all of the other women go out and get ready for their performances. She hugged and congratulated us all when we got back from our matches and showed so much support. I knew she wanted to be a part of the excitement of WrestleMania, too, but she never stopped smiling while working towards her goals. Nikki kept her eye on the prize and it paid off, as hard work always does. And in the words of Bret Hart: “the biggest dreams do come true.”
